This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Oranje Field Hockey.

Every player who wants to participate in JPOL must be on the final roster due in March.  If you are not sure about participating, please sign up to ensure a roster spot.  Fees for U16 and U19 are $400 which includes all game days (4 days of games, 2-3 games per day).  Initial deposit of $250 is due and the final fee will be due Saturday, April 15.  If your player can only make 1-2 days of games, select $250 option and RSVP which days of games they will be attending. 

Participation in JPOL must have Oranje club affiliation with USA FH prior to the initial roster due date.  If you are requesting to transfer or are awaiting approval, please mark the Oranje club affiliation question as "NO" and input your USA FH member number and expiration date.  Club transfers are accepted throughout the year, but must be approved by USA FH.

Please estimate your availability for game days for ALL 4 days within the registration. As the time nears, we will send out and use another tracking mechanism. There are usually two-to-three games per session. If you are not sure of your availability, please mark based on what you know today. Once you select your potential availability and have changes, please let Coach KK know asap.
